Beschrijving

Stand about 3 feet to the left side of a stability ball. Place your right leg on top of the ball keeping your right toe pointed forward. Keep most of your weight on your left leg. With your right leg straight, sit your hips back and bend your left knee into a squat, making sure your left knee stays behind your toe. Challenge yourself by holding pair of dumbbells in your hands while performing this exercise.
