Beschrijving

Stand with feet shoulder width apart, hold a kettlebell in your right hand, and keep your palm facing toward your body. Curl the kettlebell toward your shoulder, and lower until your elbow is straight. Make sure to keep your elbow by your side, in the same place. Use the bicep, not the shoulder, to raise the weight.
