Beschrijving

Start with feet hip-width apart and dumbbells in hand. Take a large step and lunge out to the right. With your palms inward, curl your arms up towards your shoulders contracting your biceps. Keep your elbows close to your sides. Push off the bent leg and return back to standing. Alternate legs.
