Set yourself up in a full plank position with your shoulders over your wrists. Core engaged. Get psyched. From plank, hop your feet up as you simultaneously criss cross and sweep them in between your arms. You should end up with your body in front of your arms. Now, explosively sweep your feet back through to end in the plank. Keep practicing this move!
