Stand on the band with both feet shoulder-width apart. Hold handles just above your shoulders with palms facing forward, and band on the back side of shoulders. Shift your weight to your left leg while remaining tall. Moving through your hip, lift your right leg out to the side while keeping it straight. Control down.
