Stand facing away from cable machine,you may place cushion behind back for more comfort.Grab rope with fists next to your head and slowly lower your upper body using your core not your arms.Focus on core contraction ,hold and exhale at bottom. Now slowly come back to standing position, use full ROM for both movements.
