Beschrijving

Start in a high plank position with your shoulders directly over your wrists. As you push your butt back into a downward facing dog, lift your left hand off the mat and reach for your right knee, tapping it gently. Bring your left hand back to the mat and repeat on the opposite side. This is one rep.
