Beschrijving

Sit with your knees bent to the sides and the soles of your feet together. Inhale and elongate your spine. Exhale and place your right hand on the floor, one foot straight from your hip. Inhale and reach your left arm up and over to a sidebend. Bend your right elbow toward your hip. Inhale and reach your left arm up and over to the left. Exhale and relax your neck to the right. Take a few breaths. Keep your neck relaxed. Inhale and pull your torso up back to the center. Exhale and with your right hand, pick your head up.
