Assume Right Bound Side Angle and step your back foot forward. Shift your weight into your right foot. Direct your gaze to the floor a foot ahead. Inhale and simultaneously straighten your left leg and lift your torso. Keep your right knee bent as you pull yourself up. Bend your upper knee and lower your torso and foot down. Release your hands and rest in standing forward fold.
