Beschrijving

Facing away from the wall, you want to lean up against it using a lunge. Your back foot, in an upwards position, should lean up on the wall, and your back knee works to control this stretch. If you want a deeper stretch, move your knee closer to the wall. Pushing your hips away from the wall can also help this stretch.
