Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees bent to the sides. Inhale and elongate your spine. Exhale and place your left hand on the floor, one foot straight from your hip. Inhale and reach your right arm up and over to a sidebend. Bend your left elbow toward your hip. Inhale and reach your right arm up and over to the right. Exhale and relax your neck to the left. Take a few breaths. Inhale and pull your torso up back to the center. Exhale and with your left hand, pick your head up.
