Beschrijving

Sit upright, elbows bent at a 90 degree angle, palms facing you. Keeping the spine absolutely tall and straight, hinge back in one piece from the hips. The range depends on your ability to control the movement while keeping the spine long. As you begin to hinge forward again, spin the palms to face down and reach the arms simultaneously up and forward toward your toes.
