Stap voor Stap
Stand or sit tall with your arms in front, palms facing each other.

1. 站立或坐直,双臂在前,手掌相对。

Inhale and open your arms out and back.

2. 吸气并向外张开双臂。

Feel your chest and shoulders open up as you take in several deep breaths from your belly.

Squeeze your shoulder blades and then contract your arms forward to bring them back in front of your body.
