Beschrijving

Lie face down on a leg curl machine. Hook your ankles under the padded lever. Grasp the side handles of the machine for stability. Keep your body flat on the bench. Curl your legs up by bending your knees, bringing your heels toward your buttocks. Hold briefly at the top of the movement. Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
