Lyle MacDonals's Ultimate diet 2.0 as described in the book with some slight changes in exercise selection in order to fit my home gym. I moved the whole program from a Monday-to-Sunday cycle to a Tuesday-to-Monday cycle. This moves carb up to the weekend and allows me to spend the loading phase lying on the couch eating rice pudding and ice cream all day. I just would not be able to work during carb load.
