Beschrijving

1.) Start off sitting up straight at the end of a flat bench with your feet shoulder width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip at your sides. 2.) Slowly elevate both of your arms up towards the ceiling, squeezing your shoulder and hold for a count. 3.) Return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
