Depending how you set your bike you can make this moderate or intense, to meet my goals I need to work it at an intense level, so when I speed ride I'm setting the resistance anywhere from 5-15, standing sprint 15-20, easy ride is 3-5, hills I am going for PB, of highest resistance I can manage on 32 gears...set your own goals and go for it! No official arm up and stretch set included here
