I created this for the ultimate beginner who wants a quick transition into getting fit. It has a mix of the basics you might already be familiar with, as well as a couple challenges that may be new. Don't take it too seriously, do what you can, and most of all, just have fun! We will start with stretches, then slowly transition to an easy workout.
