Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart. Create a flat palm with both hands and lean your body to the right. Lift up your palms to the left corner as if you were blocking the sun from your eyes. Begin a "wax on, wax off" motion with your hands as you bounce your body to the right. Switch your lean to the left and lift your hands to the right and do the same motion. Once you're comfortable with that motion try moving your "washing window" to the low corners as your get low with your body as well.
