What should I do on the days that a workout isn't programmed for?

Lol that's easy, if u don't have a workout scheduled just go to workouts then browse pick one and then look through the list of those kinds of workouts and pick one. Goodluck! Follow me, I'm #1 on the leaderboard in the community section!!!

Many times there is a reason that there is not a sheduled workout.  Your body needs time to recover therfore if you are always pushing you will not see the best results.
