25 v ups 25 knee to chest 25 scissors 15 hip ups then knock out as many crunches and bicycle crunches you can once you get use to it you can always through in others like Russian twist
A very simple but effective one:
Lie down on your back with your palms touching the floor . Place both feet together firmly but comfortably.
Now lift both feet together and imagine writing your name with them on a wall.

2 get noticeable abs you first need to loose belly fat (however im pretty sure your already in good shape). Anyways, try to do 50 bicycles, 40 scissors, 30 mountains climbers, 20 iron butterflys/bears, and a 10 minute plank hold . Do this 3 times a week and sea amazing results .
