Can you give me some advice to slim and have flat abs in few time? Thank you.

The advice is simple: work on a calory deficit through either counting your intake (search formula how much your body burns in rest before) and lowering it step by step or increase your activities (more/longer/intensified workouts). A daily deficit of about 5-10% is healthy and will do wonders within about 3 months. Good luck!

I think getting abs is 90 percent cardio to loose the fat around them and 10 percent about exercises. Definitely stick to a healthy diet. I am personally not a big believer in counting calories. I believe in eating a good amount of protein, fruits and veggies and cutting the junk. Also small meals about 5 times a day should help.

Don't forget to focus on your lower back too!
