This workout is designed to help build upper body strength specifically for handstand pushups. For the dolphin pushups, walk your feet in towards your hands as much as you can to really trigger the muscles used in a handstand pushup. This is to be a progression. If you cannot do the whole workout yet that is fine! Just keep working towards your goal and you will get there. Good luck!
