Begin with the rings hanging a few inches off the floor. Get into a normal plank position with your hands on the rings. As you lower down into your push-up, straighten one hand out to the side like an archer ready to fire. Pull your extended arm back to your low push-up position before pressing back up to plank. Repeat on the other side for one rep.
