On Dumbell Single Leg Seesaws perform each set of reps as follows: right leg, left leg, right leg, left leg. Dumbell Renegade Rows, do a single leg lift while performing rows and as follows: right arm row with left leg lift, left arm row with right leg lift, then repeat each. Bent Single Leg Floor Bridge, while in position for these perform a single arm dumbell press while holding the the bridge. Perform as right leg bridge with right arm press then left leg bridge with left arm press, then repeat each. Pistols, have a dumbell in each hand, while balancing on a single leg lean forward and perform a row then back to starting position and perform a pistol. One leg at a time, left then right and repeat.
