Beschrijving

Begin by placing your ball dome-side down on the floor. Come into a plank on the ball, placing your hands on either side of the rim directly beneath your shoulders. Engage your core and cross your right knee beneath you toward your left shoulder. Return to your plank and repeat on the other side.
