Get into a shallow/medium staggered stance with the band under the foot in front, straighten the rear leg and press the heel into the ground. Tilt the torso slightly forward to align with the rear leg. Pull the arms, up, apart, and back. Pinch the shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
