Beschrijving

With band under one foot, step out to a wide stance with the other foot. Hold the band up in front of your chest and perform a side split squat, by dropping the hips back and bending the knee, counterbalancing with the torso tilting forward. Your knee should pass on the outside of the band. Push back up to start position and repeat.
