Beschrijving

Kneel on pad on your right knee with left foot flat on floor in front of you and your knee bent. Bend forward at hips and set your right hand on the floor directly beneath your shoulder. Reach up and back with left arm following with your eyes until both arms are perpendicular to floor. Sweep your left arm down and past your left leg reaching under your right arm. Do 10 reps and switch sides. Repeating.
