Set your goal, what you're trying to accomplish by working out. The app will suggest programs and workouts. Click on the ones you want and start the workout. You can also save them for later. All the workouts have an audio trainer who will explain the exercises and will count down and warn you when you have to do the next one. Have fun! ^^
