Sit with your back to the step or bench, legs straight and feet on the floor. Grip the edge with knuckels facing forward and hands shoulder-width apart. Keeping legs straight or bend them if its to difficult, lower your body down, bending elbows into a 90 degree angle. Push back up and repeat.
