Mix of stretches and exercises for my hip flexors, often tight because I don’t properly stretch enough lately and I’m so busy and I end up doing lots of sitting with work and then have to teach classes etc in the gym, so sometimes I find I’m showing people what to do but aren’t looking after my own body - which means hip flexor pain, hip pain and then the lower back - so time to focus better 😍
