This workout targets the upper body through a variety of exercises to keep things active and interesting! Use your max weight (I'm at 15 lb. dumbbells) or add progressively heavier weights : ) Included at the beginning is a 10 min cardio warm-up (I jump rope with single and double unders) and at the end is a series of relaxing stretches.
