For the abdominal circuit, set a timer for 5 minutes. If you finish the sets of 12 then add 3 to everything and continue to do so until the clock runs down to zero. When completing the end circuit, set a timer for 10 minutes and complete as many rounds of it in that time. I've used 3 as a guide but you may be able to do more :-)
